Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your massage appointment.

• More than 24 hours' notice: You may reschedule or cancel your appointment free of charge.

• Less than 24 hours' notice: Late cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your scheduled time will be subject to a [100%] cancellation fee.

• No-shows: Missed appointments without notice will be charged in full.
