Physiotherapy is based on three main parts:

Kinesiotherapy (exercise therapy)

Massage Therapy (Mark the Masseur)

Physical Therapy (electrotherapy, infrared, laser, magnetic field)

Kinesiotherapy is treatment through movement. Specially selected exercises help strengthen muscles, improve mobility, restore correct movement patterns and support recovery.

Massage therapy, my part as Mark the Masseur, helps to release muscle tension, improve circulation, reduce stiffness and support the body’s natural recovery process.

Physical therapy uses different physical methods such as infrared light, electrical currents, laser therapy or magnetic fields to support healing, reduce discomfort and improve tissue function.

The best results often come from combining these methods because the body needs movement, preparation and recovery to work properly.
